The first level is more industrial looking but does offer a half bath, living area with sectional, separate bedroom with bunk beds and laundry. Parking conveniently located right outside. Great Hill is private but open to walkers/bikers only during the week 9am-5pm. Great spot to enjoy the waterfront surroundings as well as the walking trails nearby. Tenants are required to complete application and provide credit report and references. First and Last month rent is required.
